When using A SOLENOID relays:
First, do not use relays with other power source, because automotive relays are driven by batteries, and the power supply voltage will decrease when a large load is connected, affecting the service life of the relay. 
Secondly, it is necessary to pay attention to the insulation level, because the coil will apply the maximum continuous voltage, which not only affects the stability of the relay operation, but also is limited by the insulation performance of the enameled wire. 
Finally, do not exceed the rated relay, because the rated voltage is the guarantee of the reliability of the relay operation. If the coil voltage exceeds the maximum operating voltage, it will cause the coil insulation to drop, short circuit between turns, and burn out.
