How is the tubular solenoid work?
The tubular solenoid adopts the round tube structure design. The working principle is the same as the frame type solenoid, which makes straight linear motion. Because the housing t is made of round iron pipes, there is no need to open a mold for stamping. It only needs to be processed by CNC machine, and can be processed into different sizes and styles according to based requirement.
Due to the tubular structure design, the tubular force is maximized. It is an electromagnet with a saturated magnetic circuit. Most of the electromagnetism is converted into magnetic energy, and it has the characteristics of high power and long lifespan. The round tube electromagnet has a unique design, is more stable in performance, more reliable in operation, and easier for installation.
In addition, the round tubular housing shell provides good protection and anti-corrosion for the internal electromagnetic part, making it very suitable for use in conditions with small spaces and harsh environments.
