Metal Material Testing
Based on client’s demand and Dr. Solenoid’s specification, all of the metal material will do the Salt spraying testing, hardness testing and plating surfacing testing. We make sure all of the metal part won’t be carrion.
Performance testing
We will do all of the high and low beam performance of electromagnet and solenoid valve lifespan testing, it needs to pass 500 million standards.
Product Reliability
Via the test fixture and equipment, we offer data-based verification report to analyze and enhance the product reliability.
Final Inspection
In response to the accuracy demand for medical equipment, all of the medical solenoid valves must pass the final inspection and product process control; in this way, we could indeed guarantee the product reliability and stability.
