The Culture is the soul of the enterprise. People and culture set Dr. Solenoid apart and make it unique in the marketplace because people are its most valuable resource.  Dr. Solenoid has developed and nurtured an environment that respects all people and the jobs they perform.  Dr. Solenoid knows that every associate is the key individual of the company, which presents the image of the company. So, every associate’s opinion is respected. We insist on “ our people make the difference” to motivate associates provide innovative ideas on management of the company. Managers are considered “servant leaders” who help new associates realize their potential through training, activities, praise and constructive feedback.
