Our metal process manufacturing center has accumulated rich experience in stamping die development, design and manufacturing technology. we can independently develop and produce large stamping molds within 5 meters and  for small home appliances project, including continuous molds, manipulator transfer molds, single engineering molds and composite molds. we are focus on making the stamping parts for automotive parts, medical equipment, automation equipment, communication accessories, small home appliance accessories, etc.

Our workshop is credited with ISO9001:2015 system certification and has 3 professional mold designers, 2 quality engineers, and excellent domestic and global sales teams.  At the same time, our modern metal process manufacturing center is equip with    punching machines,  automatic material feeders, CNC milling machines, fully automatic tapping machines, manual tapping machines, manual drilling machines, testing equipment: height gauges and hardness testers, three-dimensional and two-dimensional testing, etc., salt spray testers and constant temperature aging test equipment and other high-precision equipment. The company can provide one-stop services for hardware stamping, hardware mold products, and CNC processing.

We handle all types of metal stamping materials (aluminum,brass, bronze, copper, CRS, HRS, etc.) from .004" to .250" in thickness and have a range of presses from 35 to 500 tons with beds up to 60" x 120". We have the ability to design, test and manufacture a tooling solution that will efficiently and cost effectively meet or exceed our customers expectations as well as delivering consistent high-quality parts for the life of the tool.

At the same time, the material should have good stamping forming properties, such as crack resistance, mold adhesion and shape stability.

5 Mold design requirements: The mold precision should be high to ensure the size and shape accuracy of the stamped parts; the structural design should be reasonable and easy to manufacture, maintain and debug to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.

6 Assembly requirements: Stamped parts should be easy to assemble and repair, and can be quickly and accurately assembled with other parts of the electromagnet to improve production efficiency and product quality.
