The central control car door actuator is an important part of the car, it makes the car's safety and convenience for user. AS 801 is the brand new design and we would like to introduction the product working principle, structure, characteristics, installation and disadvantage as below:
Working Principle
Mechanical design: Through mechanical connecting rods, Car Door Actuator and other components, the rotation of the key or the pressing of the button is converted into the extension and retraction of the lock tongue to achieve the locking and unlocking of the car door. For example, the traditional plug-in key, turning the key drives the car door lock/actuator to rotate, and then drives the lock tongue to insert or exit the lock buckle to lock or open the car door.
Electronic circuit: The remote control key sends a radio signal, and the receiver get the signal and transmits it to the central control system, which controls the motor or electromagnetic device to drive the lock tongue to move. For example, when the lock button on the remote control key is pressed, the key will emit a specific coded radio wave. After the car receiving module receives and decodes the signal, it controls the door actuator to complete the locking operation.
Structure
Mechanical part: mainly includes lock actuator, lock tongue, lock buckle, connecting rod, spring, etc. The lock core is the part where the key is inserted, and the internal mechanism is driven by the key rotation; the lock tongue and the lock buckle are locked together; the connecting rod is used to connect the various components and transmit force; the spring provides elastic force to make the lock tongue pop out or retract at the right time.
Electronic part: there are remote control keys, receivers, control modules, actuators, etc. The remote control key is used to transmit signals, the receiver is responsible for receiving signals and transmitting them to the control module, the control module processes and judges according to the received signals, and then sends instructions to the actuator. The actuator is generally a motor or electromagnetic device to drive the lock tongue action.
