AS 0839 Push Pull Solenoid , Linear Solenoid Actuator,

AS 0938  Push Pull solenoids are designed as solenoid coils packaged in low carbon steel housing  that acts as an auxiliary magnetic pole.  The armature uses a secondary magnetic circuit which increases a typical output force by 20% to 50%. This AS 0839 solenoid delivers a large force for its size with push or pull action.

FEATURES

Designed with standard life cycles of 2 million, and long-life designs that can achieve up to 5 million cycles. Options include pole piece configurations; conical or flat types. The plunger of working stroke is meant for medium strokes (3-8mm).

How to operate the push-pull solenoid and pay attention for the precarious ?

1 First of all, to operate the push-pull solenoid correctly, you need to understand the basic specification and the performance of push-pull solenoid, like: rated voltage, current, stroke, force and other related factors. These product specification are usually marked in the product specifications sheet or in product operation manual. This is to ensure that the solenoid you buy meets your application requirements.

    2. DC power supply: Connect the push pull solenoid to a suitable AC-DC power adapter or station. Make sure the power supply voltage matches the voltage used in the specifications of the solenoid. If the voltage does not match or is too high, the solenoid may be damaged; if the power voltage is too low, the solenoid cannot work properly. Usually the positive and negative poles of the solenoid are clearly marked with red and black lines, and you need to connect them correctly to the corresponding poles of the DC power supply

    3. Control circuit design: Design a control circuit to control the duty cycle of the solenoid. This can be as simple as a switch to directly control the power supply of the product; or it can be a more complex circuit such as a relay or microcontroller to achieve more precise duty cycle switch control. For example, a timer circuit can be used to control the working time of the solenoid, or a sensor can be used to trigger the working time of the solenoid according to specific conditions.

    4. Product installation: Install the solenoid in a suitable device. Ensure that the installation is firm strong and does not cause any operation problem. In the application, it is necessary to connect the sliding rod to the mechanical part of the device to be loading, such as a lever, slug or slider, through a suitable connection mechanism to ensure that the mechanical movement can be effectively transmitted.

    5. Testing and adjustment: Before operation, the product should be tested and adjusted. After the product is powered on, check whether the plunger moves smoothly and whether the push-pull force and stroke meet the requirements of the specification. If necessary, adjust the installation position, changing the power voltage or control circuit to optimize the performance of the product.

    6. Maintenance and inspection: During the operation of the product, please regularly check the product status, including the connection is normal or not, the temperature rise is overheated or abnormal noise, and whether the performance has changed. If any problems are found, the solenoid should be repaired or replaced it in time to ensure the normal operation of the entire system.
