AS 6020 Electri Small Round Magnet Electromanget

Below , we would like to introduce a selection of our smallest DC electromagnets. Starting at 50 N and ranging up to 500N in holding force. The electromagnet has a potted solenoid coil to provide additional protection against dust, water and other external forces. All of our holding magnets  come with 250mm long leads and offer a threaded center mounting hole in the back for mounting. The low power draw of the electromagnets is keeping the surface temperature of the housing low and allows for peak performance even at continuous duty and high ambient temperatures.


 This Small round electromagnets are great for automated part handling and packaging operations, but they have many other application also. Dr solenoid 12 or 24 volt DC round electromagnets are controlled by a 12 or 24 volt power supply and require no maintenance, noise or air pressure like vacuum cups or grippers. Dr solenoid 's rugged high power electromagnets feature a durable steel housing and hand wound premium copper coils sealed with high temperature epoxy for years of maintenance free service.

    Small Round holding Electromagnet
    1. Holding type, round shape, mini size, IP65 waterproof, DC 12v 24v standard voltage also accept custom. 
    2. The mini round electromagnet need to be energized to develop suction force and de-energized to release, widely used for holding of ferromagnetic workpieces during machining or assenbly, safety mechanisms, selector devices in textiles machinery, door latching holdback devices and etc.
